we meet again...
Today, i want share about the topic "Was yesterday's lesson interesting and useful".

Yesterday, our class have discussion about " contexual clues". I so excited to learn about this topic because before my friend explain in the class that i cannot understand this topic. Now, i understand and know the contexual have six parts. Such as synonm, antonym, definition, explanation, examples and experience.
 synonym : word with the same meaning, is used in the sentence.antonym : a word or group of words that has the opposite meaning reveals the meaning of an unknown term.
explanation : The unknown word is explained within the sentence or in a sentence immediately preceding.
examples : Specific examples are used to define the term.

As we know, the contexual clues can help to understand texts in a general sense especially if we were reading difficult texts.Then, they are hints to help we guess a difficult or unusual word. I have many lesson interesting and useful to add knowledge and approve in English.

In the exercise, i have know many new word such as thronged means crowded, hollered, coagulates, oxtinction, abhorrent and celestial bodies and other word.
examples:-
1)the though of eating a rat is abhorrent to most people.
   -synonm of abhorrent is disgusting or horrible.
   - eating a rat is the contexual clues.

In nutsheel, the contexual clues have so important and useful. so, i want say thank you to my lecture and all my friend because give me understand about it.

New words I learnt in last week's class(30.11.2011)

Assalamualaikum.....

    Today, i want share with all of you  about what i have learnt  at the english class last week. Before that, my teacher was tell to all students to bring the dictionary in the next class because she want we do the quiz vocabulary in the class. The class started at 2.00 p.m until 4.00 p.m khadijah"s block. When teacher entered in the class, We all so quiet and give attention to learn. Then, the teacher give one paper to two student. The student must have a partner to do the quiz. I have learnt many new words in the class last week.

    Firstly, the quiz about "a part of a body". In the quiz, we must rearrange the jumbled words. So, the new word i have learnt is waist, forehead and ankle. secondly, the quiz about "a fruit". When i and a partner answer the question, We don't know the word such nutmeg and date. Then, the teacher explain that with all student. Lastly, we must do the word ladder. in the question  we must think and answer the question. the question is the point to answer that. So, i want share with you all, we get new words such as sole, fool, neat and bell. 

   We are so enjoyed this quiz and at he same time we have get many new words. I hope we can do again the quiz in the next time.

MY FIRST CLASS ON 15TH NOV 2011

Assalamualaikum..

I have many experience on my first english class on semester 2. So, i want to share with you all about it. On the 4.00pm, we started our english class at Othman 02. This day, i was late because have a class before it at the Ba 215. When i arrive in the class, our lecture is already in the class. We are so scared and guilty because we were late but we calm down and sit on the chair. Fistly i see our lecture, i think she was fierce but actually  she was very sporting person. I was very excited  to learn in subject english. After that, our lecture give the list name to check the spelling of the name and signature. besides that, our lecture explain completely our proformal suject english. Then, our lecture give this topic "what are you doing in your freetime?". We must writing a simple essay about it. After 20 minutes, we finished this simple essay. Then, our lecture say she want we prepare to the tomorrow class. Our lecture want we introduced our self at the next class and we must fing the meanings of our name in english.At he 5.00 pm, We were ended our class. But not forget,  i speak wih my lecture about my name have no in the list and i was explain with her. then, my lecture say "ok" and i say thank you. Lastly, i was very happy with my first class.
